Nothing matters more than the way you feel.

Nothing affects your reality more than the way you feel.

You can never be, do or have more or less than what you feel.

P.S.: What "happens" to you will also be something that resonates with what you feel.

Everything is electromagnetic.

    Can you guide me how can I Hold a feeling for a determined or long time?!

    1. I know many tricks but they do not help past a certain stage. A shift in mentality is required. A training is also required. And all of this, just to remember how to do what we're actually best at: feeling stuff. Just think about how easily we get angry or sad or happy when a certain event occurs. We do it, not the event. We just condition ourselves. That has to drop.

      Feeling something every day for 10, 20, 30 minutes has dramatic effects and builds up like a snowball. The problem is when/if resistance kicks in and you can't feel it, let's say on the fourth day. It just doesn't feel natural anymore. That's when the snowball starts to get smaller. If you can successfully repeat the process of feeling something every day for a few good minutes and you get totally sucked into it, immersed, in a very natural way, you're on your way to creating a shift in your dominant vibration/feeling. Then, it will keep burning by itself, requiring minimum attention... and you can work on something else.

It takes s mental effort,,,it takes 21 days to make a habit,,,likes Slick says, "conditioned" we are conditioned to respond a certain way,,,,there are feelings that are "natural" like when somebody steps in your toes you might scream an "ouch" thats natural. But if you are conditioned to curse that person out, then u are going to have to make a @mental effort" to change how you respond.
