How to Change YourSelf
What you learn and then know, doesn't help you evolve or change. What changes you is internalization and what makes you internalize is the experience you feel, no matter if it is imaginary or real. Only by feeling different you will be different and act different thus changing your outer world.
Start of the End of the Delusion
Because I am uncertain about some people, I'll start with the uncertainty. Some people that base their life exclusively on rational thinking seem to be happy if everything in their physical world is alright. They also seem (to me, subjectively) to be somewhat cold, boring, lacking the spark of life. So it's a mystery to me. Are they happy? Are they only kidding themselves? I have no idea. So I leave them out of the equation. For the rest of you lovely people I have some certainties.
Everything Is Electromagnetic
Nothing affects your reality more than the way you feel.
You can never be, do or have more or less than what you feel.
P.S.: What "happens" to you will also be something that resonates with what you feel.

The Cat
Let's start simple: I dislike cats. Whenever I have the opportunity, I make fun of them. Some of my actions could be reported to the RSPCA.
One day, when I was coming home, I was met by a "Meeeow!", a very pleasant one, a sweet, almost erotic sound. It was a nicely colored, clean, well-fed cat. It greeted me and showed me the way home. This cat has an extraordinary vibe. It's still an egoist cat as most cats are, but there's a certain feeling that it gives you. First thing that hits you is something external, the way she meows, the way she behaves. But there's also something internal, the way it vibrates. And we all know that the inside is the cause and the outside are the effects, right?

Manifesting in a DreamWorld
The world is matter and energy. You may agree with that. The world is a dreamworld. You may not agree with that. It is just a choice. But if the world would be a dreamworld, how would you manifest something in it?
