Easy Way to Create a Very Clear Goal

Do you want to be rich? Do you want to be happy? Do you want good friends? Seems like you know what you want. But your subconscious starts asking you questions. Why do you want to be rich? Why do you want to be happy? Why do you want good friends? What will you do with the money? What will you do when you're happy? How many good friends do you want? What kind of people do you want them to be? How much money do you want to have? And the list goes on and on and on :).

Your subconscious wants clear orders. So how do you get clear about your goal?

Why Do We Fail?

Simple and short article with a simple and short introduction:

Let's presume you are playing basketball and you shoot... and you miss! You have failed that shot. But if your objective was to make ONE SHOT out of 100, did you fail? Only if you gave up.

How to Avoid Feeling Bad

I will be straight with you. It takes A LOT of DETERMINATION and inner strength but I wouldn't say it's "hard" or anything like that. It simply is an effort you have to make to get to be in control. An effort that you CAN make.

Also, I want to mention that most people feel that such a thing is stupid, to control your feelings. They feel like it would not be human and we are meant to have all kinds of feelings, all the time and it's not under our control, it's just how life is. Well let me tell you that thinking like that IS STUPID! If you have no control on the way you feel, then what are you? What use is that head on your shoulders? Using your head is optional of course...

How to Do Anything

There are 3 major steps to achieving anything you want:
  1. Decide
  2. Become (believe / program your subconscious / feel / have the energy of the thing you desire)
  3. Take the Right Action ( Actions that will naturally come because your subconscious will MAKE YOU DO THEM if you've done the first 2 steps; I will detail on this further on)

The Autopilot

You may know what it means or you may not know but it is something that everybody has.

What is the Autopilot?

Whenever you're not thinking about what you're doing, you're on autopilot. When you're driving your car, listening to the radio, thinking about the busy day you have ahead of you, you're on autopilot. When you bump into someone in the street and he says "Hi!" and you say "Hello!", you're on autopilot. When you're having a conversation with someone, you're mostly on autopilot. This also depends on what kind of person you are. Some people think very careful about what they are going to say before they say it. If that is the case, you're mostly NOT on autopilot. Some people just trust their instinct and say whatever they have on their mind. In this case, you are mostly on autopilot. It also depends who that person is and what kind of connection you have with him/her.

The Purpose of the Subconscious

There must be a reason or a purpose why we have two sides of the mind: conscious and subconscious. So... what is the purpose of our subconscious? To understand that let's take a look at our conscious mind.

The Conscious Mind

The conscious mind is also called the objective mind. The conscious mind is that part of mind with which we think the thoughts that we hear. It is that part of mind which talks to you most of the day, that part of mind with which you say in your head: 'Wow, this is a good article!' or 'I'm losing my time with this... I don't believe a word he says!' and also that part of mind which reasons. It is the part of mind on which we have TOTAL CONTROL at each moment. We can consciously think anything we want to think at any time. It is one of the greatest powers we have! If you want to, you can think about a car now, about the sky, about the sun or about the sea. If you want, you can think about something you love or about something you hate.
