Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind - Employer and Employee

If something in a machine breaks down, most often, the whole system is affected. If an accountant starts to do the lawyers work and the lawyer starts to do the accountant's work, most probably the results will be poor or unacceptable. And that's what happens with most people: we try to work out our problems, using our conscious mind instead of our subconscious. We think and think and think some more and analyze it deeply and struggle to come up with solutions for something. It makes our heads hurt, it stresses us out, it is frustrating and somehow we can't come up with any solution or sometimes when we do find a solution, we fail when trying to implement it. What the f*ck?

Regret Is Psychological Cancer

If you could go back and change one thing in your life what would it be? inspired me to write this. My answer to that question is 'nothing'. I would not change a thing. I regret nothing. At some points in my life I was a convinced pessimist, filled with regret. At other points in my life, I was an optimist, but I still had regrets. Now there is nothing I regret.

Regrets consume you like cancer. They eat you from the inside. You may be aware of it or not. Regrets have no use, they do nothing good... NOTHING! If you get skin cancer, what do you do? You remove it. So why not do the same with regrets?

Some of my thoughts at this moment...

I am grateful for the few visitors I had these days. I am grateful for the interest that some of you have for this site. Thank you!

How to Change a Belief - Part Two

50 + x = 52

How do you find the value of x? In the same way, you change a belief. Based on other beliefs you have (50 will be 50... 52 will be 52), you find evidence for the new belief you wish to install in your subconscious. The reason why this is efficient is that you find a way to build it based on other truths you already believe. You don't fight against them, so your subconscious will accept it with less resistance. Let's take an example:

How to Change a Belief - Part One

Beliefs are entirely subjective and NOT objective. You can feel that what you believe is actually truth and reality but it's not. It is just a part of the truth and a side of reality. Here's a simple example: you either believe that making money is easy or you believe that it is hard. What you believe is real for you. But you would have to be a very close-minded person to stubbornly contradict me when I say to you: "Making money can be easy and it can also be hard. Your belief is just what you chose to believe, not an absolute truth". A thing can happen in more than a thousand ways. A thing can change in more than a thousand ways. A thing can be perceived in more than a thousand ways.

Easy Way to Create a Very Clear Goal

Do you want to be rich? Do you want to be happy? Do you want good friends? Seems like you know what you want. But your subconscious starts asking you questions. Why do you want to be rich? Why do you want to be happy? Why do you want good friends? What will you do with the money? What will you do when you're happy? How many good friends do you want? What kind of people do you want them to be? How much money do you want to have? And the list goes on and on and on :).

Your subconscious wants clear orders. So how do you get clear about your goal?

Why Do We Fail?

Simple and short article with a simple and short introduction:

Let's presume you are playing basketball and you shoot... and you miss! You have failed that shot. But if your objective was to make ONE SHOT out of 100, did you fail? Only if you gave up.

How to Avoid Feeling Bad

I will be straight with you. It takes A LOT of DETERMINATION and inner strength but I wouldn't say it's "hard" or anything like that. It simply is an effort you have to make to get to be in control. An effort that you CAN make.

Also, I want to mention that most people feel that such a thing is stupid, to control your feelings. They feel like it would not be human and we are meant to have all kinds of feelings, all the time and it's not under our control, it's just how life is. Well let me tell you that thinking like that IS STUPID! If you have no control on the way you feel, then what are you? What use is that head on your shoulders? Using your head is optional of course...

How to Do Anything

There are 3 major steps to achieving anything you want:
  1. Decide
  2. Become (believe / program your subconscious / feel / have the energy of the thing you desire)
  3. Take the Right Action ( Actions that will naturally come because your subconscious will MAKE YOU DO THEM if you've done the first 2 steps; I will detail on this further on)

The Autopilot

You may know what it means or you may not know but it is something that everybody has.

What is the Autopilot?

Whenever you're not thinking about what you're doing, you're on autopilot. When you're driving your car, listening to the radio, thinking about the busy day you have ahead of you, you're on autopilot. When you bump into someone in the street and he says "Hi!" and you say "Hello!", you're on autopilot. When you're having a conversation with someone, you're mostly on autopilot. This also depends on what kind of person you are. Some people think very careful about what they are going to say before they say it. If that is the case, you're mostly NOT on autopilot. Some people just trust their instinct and say whatever they have on their mind. In this case, you are mostly on autopilot. It also depends who that person is and what kind of connection you have with him/her.

The Purpose of the Subconscious

There must be a reason or a purpose why we have two sides of the mind: conscious and subconscious. So... what is the purpose of our subconscious? To understand that let's take a look at our conscious mind.

The Conscious Mind

The conscious mind is also called the objective mind. The conscious mind is that part of mind with which we think the thoughts that we hear. It is that part of mind which talks to you most of the day, that part of mind with which you say in your head: 'Wow, this is a good article!' or 'I'm losing my time with this... I don't believe a word he says!' and also that part of mind which reasons. It is the part of mind on which we have TOTAL CONTROL at each moment. We can consciously think anything we want to think at any time. It is one of the greatest powers we have! If you want to, you can think about a car now, about the sky, about the sun or about the sea. If you want, you can think about something you love or about something you hate.
